Before we speak.

How long does implementation take?

Starter deployments go live in 4–8 weeks. Enterprise with ERP integration: 8–16 weeks depending on data complexity and IT readiness.

Do we need new hardware?

No. TraceFlow360 runs on any iOS or Android device. Most clients use existing facility smartphones or tablets.

What does SAP integration involve?

A pre-built connector syncing material master, POs, and batch data bi-directionally. Our team manages implementation alongside your SAP administrator.

Cloud or on-premise?

Both options are supported. TraceFlow360 is available as cloud-hosted SaaS or on-premise installation for data sovereignty requirements.

Can we start with one module and expand?

Yes. Many clients begin with receipt and QC gatekeeping, then activate production and dispatch modules as confidence builds.

What support is included?

All plans include an implementation engineer at go-live. Enterprise includes ongoing support access. Global includes a dedicated CSM and SLA-backed response times.
